In which sample of water do the molecules have the highest average kinetic energy?(1) 20. mL at 100.°C (3) 60. mL at 60.°C (2) 40. mL at 80.°C (4) 80. mL at 40.°C
Answers
The answer is (1). The question is asking the average kinetic energy. So it does not related with volume. When temperature increases, the kinetic energy will also increase. So the answer should be the highest temperature.
Why is there no overall electrical charge on an aluminium atom?
Answers
The atoms always have an equal amount of protons and neutrons so lets say if one had 10 positive then it would have 10 negatives making it neutral. 10-10=0

What type of state is glass? please explain about it.
Answers
On a small time scale, glass is in a solid state. When you look at a window, it appears solid.
However, it has been observed that over a very long period, glass starts to act like a liquid.
It can thus be characterized by two different states depending on the time scale considered.
I think the other answer is incorrect. Glass being a liquid is a misconception, from when glassmaking was imperfect and windows were thicker at the bottom of the pane than the middle. But that was from when the glass was MADE, after being heated and put into a liquid form.
