I believe that this is true. Anyone can do well in math, not everyone. The main difference being that if EVERYone could, that means every one person in the world, no matter the circumstance, so by saying ANYone, it's saying that however many people in the world want to do it, can do it, if they try and put in the work. Math is not biased against any one person, nor is it  favored for any one person. Any person who studies, or learns it can do well in math. Someone who has never learned anything about math will not do well at all. So, yes, ANYone can do well, but not EVERYone.

Not 100 words, but should do trick if you just add in some extra words between phrases, and substitute some words with one or two synonyms.
