A health promotion is developing health-education content for an educational session with adults about the prevention of cardiovascular disease. Which domains should be considered when developing the teaching plan based on the client's ability to comprehend the content?

Answer 1
Answer:

Answer:

Heart disease is the leading cause of the death in the United States. It is also a major cause of disability. There are many things that can raise your risk for heart disease. They are called risk factors. These ahould be considered as starters for a teaching plan to adults with no medical background, the risk factors that can be changed and the ones that cannot.

  • Gender
  • Age
  • Family History
  • Race or ethnicity

The factor above are considered as risk that cannot be changed, there are some risks that women and men have differently for example, progesterone protects women from heart diseases but if the patient develops diabetes women are mostly likely to have a heart disease. Also age is factor that can't be changed or controled men over 45 are more likely to have a heart disease and women over 55 are more likely to have a heart disease.

Even though there are some factor that can be controlled by taking care of yor health, for example; Controlling yor blood pressure, have a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and fruits, following the food pyramid for a balanced meal everyday, practice exercise and avoid sedentarism, stop smoking it will only increase your blood pressure, sleep well, you should be sleeping from 7 to 9 hours a day, control your weight, the fat in your blood can cover your veins and arteries, mainly the coronary ones which are in charge of supplying oxygen-rich blood to the heart. Finally you can also limit and control the amount of alcohol you ingest and the amount of stress you deal everyday.

These are basic terms to educate adults with no health backgrounf about prevention of heart diseases.

Once an egg has been fertilized, _____.

a zygote is formed

a barrier to other sperm forms immediately

new genes are formed

cytoplasm is always exchanged

(can be more than one answer)

the zygote becomes haploid

Answers

Answer;

-zygote is formed

Once an egg has been fertilized zygote is formed.

Explanation;

-Fertilization is the fusion of two haploid gametes to produce a diploid zygote. Each haploid gamete in humans has 23 chromosomes, while the diploid zygote has 46.

-A fertilized egg is called a zygote until it divides into 16 cells, forming a ball-shaped structure called a morula. In humans, it takes about four days for a zygote to become a morula and another three days until the embryo attaches itself to the mother's uterine wall.

The answer is a zygote is formed.

In the process called fertilization, the egg cells or so called ovum will fuse with a sperm cell. The result of this fusion leads to the development of the zygote which will then develop to an embryo.

If left unattended,non-native plants can take over the area and kill the native plants. Thus, the correct option is A.

What isno mow zone?

A “no mow zone” is refer as a designated section of land purposely not mowed in order to encourage native plant species growth. If left alone for a century or longer, the lawn will transform into a forest.

Low mow zones are ideal habitats for small animals and insects  and become rich with species.

b. information from the muscles and joints
c. the sensory receptors in the vestibular sacs
d. information from the olfactory cilia

Answers

The correct answer is option c. the sensory receptors in the vestibular sacs.

The kinesthetic system is involved in the movement and the balancing of the body. The mechanoreceptors present in the inner ear helps in determining the balance and the maintenance of the postures.

The vestibular sac have utricle and saccule, which help in the detection of the changes in linear acceleration. The semilunar canal present in inner ear respond to angular moments

Why are scientists concerned about the use of the Bt toxin which is used to kill insects in genetic engineering

Answers

Answer:

The Bt toxin gene is not readily accepted by plants.

Explanation:

just did the lesson xx

The toxin Bt (endotoxin CrylA (b)) Bacillus thuringiensis  that is a normal inhabitant of the soil, showed himself as a natural insecticide used by farmers engaged in organic farming. In contrast to the Bt-toxin produced by bacteria, genetic engineers included it pesticide in every cell of the seed, and therefore distributed throughout the adult plant, the products from which then are consumed by man. That's why scientists are concerned that after the use of a BT toxin products people get antibiotic resistance and resistance to bt.

What is climate forcing?
I need a short answer

Answers

Changes to Earth's radiative equilibrium that cause temperatures to rise or fall over decadal periods are called climate forcings.

Explanation:

Is this short enough?

Climate forcing is the process of affecting/changing the climate on the Earth through forcing factors.

These forcing factors are out of the climate system, and include things like volcanic eruptions, changing solar radiation levels, and changing levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

Following a severe automobile accident, a client is scheduled to have surgery to either repair or remove his spleen, pancreas, and stomach. The client wants the organs repaired and not removed if at all possible. However, the nursing staff understands that extensive regeneration in parenchymal organs can only occur if:

Answers

Answer:

The correct answer is: the extensive regeneration in parenchymal organs can only occur if the residual tissue is structurally and functionally intact.

Explanation:

The only parenchymal organ that can have proper regeneration is the liver. In other organs, regeneration is limited and can only happen with stable cell populations. For these organs to regenerate, the residual tissue MUST BE structurally and functionally intact; if it isn't, it will be replaced with scar tissue.
