Can someone explain to me why birds have wings in two paragraphs?

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: Birds, just like, aquatic creatures all had one ancestor, over time the species started to spread out and due to natural selection they where forced to adapt to the enviornment they where in, resulting in the seperated species evolving differently ; birds in this case most likely scientefically proven has in an environment not near the ground, starting from climbing high, and to survive that flapped there arms a certain way resulting them to me stuck that way forever, so eventually with the wings beings stuck they used they're head more for food, (pecking) and since they ate little they're bodies got smaller, and not being able to defend themselves as they rab, they flapped, somewhat like an osterich,*- eventually they got smaller, and where able to hold they're weight, but birds solemnly depend on the wind to fly sometimes

All cells are surrounded by a?

Answers

All cells are surrounded by a cell membrane (option B).

What is a cell membrane?

A cell membrane is the semipermeable membrane that surrounds the cytoplasm of a cell.

Living organisms are made up of cells- a lot of them. These cells are the simplest unit and they contain smaller substances that perform different functions called organelles.

However, the cell and its internal organelles are surrounded by a structure called the cellmembrane.

The cell membrane functions to protect the cell from external hazards but also serves as a gateway for substances to enter the cell, hence, it is called semi-permeable.

Hence, the correct option is B.

The complete options are as follows;

A. Vacuole

B. Cell membrane

C. Cell wall

D. Nucleus

Which bacteria is present in caecum of ruminants?

Answers

Answer:

Explanation:

Many bacteria are present in the caecum of cow, which help in the digestion of a nutrient called cellulose which is contained by plants. Others include Megasphaera, Fibrobacter, Streptococcus, Escherichia, Chytridiomycetes fungi, and methanogens. It is predicted that 70% of microbes in the rumen have yet to be identified. The proportions of microbes present vary greatly depending upon the diet of the ruminant

What characterizes a biome

Answers

A biome is an area classified according to the species that live in that location. Temperature range, soil type, and the amount of light and water are unique to a particular place and form the niches for specific species allowing scientists to define the biome.

What 2 characteristics determine a biome?

Biomes are large-scale environments that are distinguished by characteristic temperature ranges and amounts of precipitation. These two variables affect the types of vegetation and animal life that can exist in those areas.

What other factors might determine biomes?

Average annual precipitation and temperature trends, factors such as geography, geology, soil types, disturbances, and topography can also influence the biome of a region. is home to a unique array of living things. Humans have an impact on biomes and the biodiversity of organisms supported by each biome.

What is a missense mutation

Answers

The correct answer is - A. A mutation that causes the code for the wrong amino acid.

The missense mutation is a type of mutation that affects the amino acids of the organisms. This mutation results in a codon that codes a different amino acid rather than the one that should be coded. Because of this it causes a synthesis of a protein with altered amino acid sequence during translation. This type of mutation is basically a change in one DNA base pair that results in the substitution of one amino acid for another one.

Answer:

The right choice is (A) mutation that causes the code for the wrong amino acid.

Explanation:

In cell biology during  when a missense mutation occurs in a DNA molecule, it varies in one of the RNA codon sequences which are made during transcription. The  difference produced in codon will then cause a different amino acid to be inserted into a protein during translation process so we can say that a missense mutation is a point mutation in which a single nucleotide change results in a codon that codes for a different amino acid
