I will give you some tips, if you want to persuade the person to agree with you  (because I already has done a similar topic like yours)  or if you just want to show them the advantages and disadvantages of Video games affecting your health. First of all if you want to persuade them, there is a type of writing called Power Writing. Power writing is simple but effective. To use Power Writing, Start with you topic first, then you start giving out reasons and proof. While you are writing the reasons and proof that support your topic, use transitional words like example: To begin with, Furthermore, Another one, Also, and there are also lots of other transitional words you can use. After you believe that you got all the reasons and evidence that support your topic, you can move to the conclusion. The conclusion must be a strong ending, for both persuasive writing and just regular writing like yours. Again Of course use transitional words while adding the ending, use words like example: For these reasons, In conclusion, To sum it all up, To conclude, etc. I suppose you are writing the upsides & the downsides for Video games , so as I said use transitional words while writing. If you are going to write the drawbacks, you can start like this -> "Unfortunately, Video game does have it's drawbacks" . Be as creative and accurate as you can. Good luck!.
