That evening Squealer explained privately to the other animals that Napoleon had never in reality been opposed to the windmill. On the contrary, it was he who had advocated it in the beginning, and the plan which Snowball had drawn on the floor of the incubator shed had actually been stolen from among Napoleon's papers. The windmill was, in fact, Napoleon's own creation. Why, then, asked somebody, had he spoken so strongly against it? Here Squealer looked very sly. That, he said, was Comrade Napoleon's cunning. He had seemed to oppose the windmill, simply as a maneuver to get rid of Snowball, who was a dangerous character and a bad influence. Now that Snowball was out of the way, the plan could go forward without his interference. This, said Squealer, was something called tactics. He repeated a number of times, "Tactics, comrades, tactics!" skipping round and whisking his tail with a merry laugh. The animals were not certain what the word meant, but Squealer spoke so persuasively, and the three dogs who happened to be with him growled so threateningly, that they accepted his explanation without further questions. Which figure from Russian history does Napoleon most likely represent

Answers

Answer:

Stalin, who built a dictatorship under the guise of communism.

Explanation:

The character of Napoleon in George Orwell's science fictional novella "Animal Farm" can be historically represented or compared with that of Joseph Stalin. He was a Soviet politician who eventually became a revolutionary and made himself the de facto dictator of the Soviet Union.

Likewise, Napoleon may have acted as if he did not agree with the repair of the windmill but as Squealer said, he only did it to drive away Snowball. Once that was done, he employed the tactic of maintaining and forcibly gaining the authority over the animals, indirectly making himself the dictator of the Animal Farm. Just as Stalin became the dictatorial power over the people of the Soviet Union, Napoleon also gained his dictatorship through the guise of communism.

Which words from summer describe what some men find in nature?Communion, soothes, healing
Lavish,rushing playing
Lazily,idly, distant
Pause,void,space

Answers

The words "communion," "soothes," and "healing" from the given list describe what some men find in nature.

What is Communion?

"Communion" refers to a feeling of connectedness or harmony with nature, "soothes" refers to the calming and peaceful effects that nature can have, and "healing" refers to the restorative and therapeutic properties of nature.

These words suggest that some men find solace and a sense of well-being in nature. Nature has been known to have a positive effect on human emotions and mental health.

Many people find that spending time in nature, whether it's taking a walk in the woods, sitting by a river, or watching a sunset, can have a calming and restorative effect on their overall well-being.

In contrast, words such as lavish, rushing, playing, lazily, idly, distant, pause, void, and space do not necessarily describe what some men find in nature during the summer.

These words may be more applicable to other experiences or aspects of the summer season, such as luxury vacations, water sports, lounging by the pool, or taking time off from work.

The correct answer is A). As stated in the poem The Sun Has Long Been Set  ''some men there are that find in nature all where beauty dwells not, driven forth by man'', this leads us to infer that the feeling the writer is trying to evoke is strongly related to healing, communion therefore soothing as well.

why do you think that the white children's attitude towards slavery is different from that of their parents

Answers

The parents may feel that slavery is okay to a certain extent because there parents raised them that way and they May have grandparents that owned some "slaves." Now children's attitudes might be different because nowadays you encounter lots of nationalities and races in the USA and were starting to adapt and open up to them wanting to know more about what they do or why they do something different than you might do.
Because basically times change and generations have different points of views. The whit children grew up with the slaves and sometimes even befriended them causing a better relationship/positive connotation while the parents see them as property and tools to make money for them.
