Explanation: You must have proper mechanics for running, and here is the steps and explanations:
You must always to a warm up or some stretches before running to take care of your muscles. When your running make sure to not run on your heels and run with your whole foot, so no pain occur right away and you have good support for your ankles. When you run make sure you have the proper shoe that is relaxing for your foot so when you run it feels comfortable, so you can run light on your feet. Make sure your knees are at the perfect level of not being so high and not so low, so about in the middle of that to prevent bad position in your legs. Your arms shouldn't have much movement for running, so when your legs are tired your arms aren't so much. An important position is your back and neck, you must have a straight back and your head is up so you have good posture and not having pain. For your hands they must be relaxed when running with no movement. Finally when running make sure to do all of that so you are relaxed and don't waste your energy and in good posture.
Have a great day! I hope this helped you! :D
