During the 20th century, many immigrants came to the US not only for economic opportunities but also for the rapid growth of industrialization and urbanization. More than 20 million immigrants came from Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. Besides, Jews from Eastern Europe arrived in large numbers fleeing religious persecution. To date, Uranus is known to have 13 rings which are made of dust particles. Therefore, option (b) or (ii) is the Uranus description.
Uranus, the third-largest planet in our solar system and the seventh from the Sun, is extremely chilly and windy.
The ice giant rotates at a nearly 90-degree inclination from the plane of its orbit, encircled by 13 hazy rings and 27 tiny moons.
Ice chunks several feet in diameter make up the outermost ring. The other rings are mostly formed of frozen fragments that have been blackened by pebbles.
In comparison to the rings of other planets, these rings are narrow, thin, and black. They actually reflect approximately as much light as charcoal because they are so dark.
Therefore, these are thirteen extremely dark rings that resemble ice and dust flakes. Hence, option (b) or (ii): "dust particles," is the correct answer.

I think the answer is Dust as well. Moons and stars definitely don't seem likely and dark particles, I am not even sure what those are. But I have seen rings on other planets before. Hope this helps. :)
