How does the case, Brown v. Board of Education, tie into civil rights? Explain.

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: The case of Brown v. Board of Education ties into civil rights because the verdict of the Supreme Court was that segregation of students by race in public schools is unconstitutional. This was a huge step in the Civil Rights movement because it overturned the previous case Plessy v. Ferguson that originally allowed the segregation.

Therefore as a result of Brown v. Board of Education both races would be able to attend the same public schools.

Wasn't Hitler a Jew?

Answers

Hitler was not a Jew. Hitler has been questioned to have Jewish ancestors, though. He was born to a Catholic mother, and raised catholic. To be jewish, you must convert to Judaism, or be born of a Jewish mother. There are strong beliefs that he has a Jewish family member though. The exact family member in question is Hitler's paternal grandfather, whose exact identity remains unknown to this day.  Hitler's father was Alois Shicklgruber.

Hope I helped!

Hitler was a jew

Explanation:

This is an unknown fact but his grandmother on his mother's side was jewish. Even being raised catholic, he was technally jewish since his mother was jewish. This has always led to the biggest question of all... why would he hate jews if he was one.

Know that I am a holocaust expert and a jew, so please do not call me a Nazi or an Anti-Semite... thank you:)

How was slavery an issue regarding U.S. westward expansion? Group of answer choices Settlers moving west could not legally travel with slaves. The economy of the Northwestern Territory relied on shipping, fishing, and business, while the economy of the Southwestern Territory relied on plantations, which required slaves. Escaped slaves were allowed to live in western lands if they could arrive there before being captured. Congress had to decide if new states would be "free states" or "slave states."

Answers

Answer:

Congress had to decide if new states would be 'free states' or 'slave states

Explanation:

Slavery was a significant issue regarding U.S. westward expansion because it raised questions about whether new states formed in the western territories would permit slavery or not. This issue eventually led to political debates and compromises, such as the Missouri Compromise and the Kansas-Nebraska Act, as the United States expanded westward into new territories and states. These debates played a crucial role in shaping the country's future and contributing to the tensions that eventually led to the American Civil War.
