8k/3=32 ??? How do i solve this???

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: Don't sweat it. It looks complex but i will try to help explain it.
First all this equation ids saying is 8 times a number k divided by 3=32
So,First we get rid of the three.So it says divide by three so we do the opposite operation. So.So 32*3=96
Now we have 8k=96
So  our goal is to get x by it self so we divide by 8 because we need to do do the opposite operation.

We get x=12

Johnson high school has total enrollment of 1829 students. Sean tickets are sold for the basketball season and 604 students but the tickets. About what percent body purchased Season tickets

Answers

Answer:

The percentage of the students that buy tickets are 33.02%

Step-by-step explanation:

The percentage of students that buy tickets is calculated as:

Percentage=(X)/(Y)*100

Where X is the number of students who buy the tickets and Y is the number of students that are enrolled in the school. Replacing X by 604 and Y by 1829, we get:

Percentage=(604)/(1829)*100

Percentage=33.02%

Then, the percentage of the students that buy tickets is 33.02%

33.02%
The formula is number of students who bought the tickets

4. a) Radius of the Pony's path.

The equation of a circle whose center is not at the origin is given by the equation:

(x-h)^2+(y-v)^2=r^2

Where:

\bullet \ (h,v) \ is \ the \ center \n \n \bullet \ r \ is \ the \ radius

According to the provided equation:

(x-10)^2+(y-10)^2=10^2

By comparing this equation with the previous one, we can assure that the radius is:

convert the hours to improper fractions

2 and 1/3 hours=2+1/3=6/3+1/3=7/3
5 and 1/4=5+1/4=20/4+1/4=21/4

ratio and proprtion
time/pay=(7/3)/18.2
if work 21/4 hours how much is pay
(7/3)/18.2=(21/4)/pay
times both sides by 18.2pay aka cross multiply
(7/3)pay=(21/4)18.2
(7/3)pay=382.2/4
times both sides by (3/7) to clear fraction (7/3 times 3/7=21/21=1)
pay=1146.6/28
pay=40.95

To get the result we have to find 4/5 of 45$. To do this we have to just multiply 4/5 by 45, so
(4)/(5)*45= (4*45)/(5)= (180)/(5)= (180:5)/(5:5)= (36)/(1)=36 - its the result
