Why does the author of "Excerpt from Mr.Revere and I" develop parts of the story around meals

Answers

The book " Mr. Revere and I" was written by Robert Lawson. it is a juvenile fiction boook for ages 8 through 11. The author of the book did develop many parts of the story around meal times. This was to show just how important and busy Paul Revere was. It showed in the story that Paul Revere was so essential that he never got to finish a whole meal. In one part of the story, Paul didn't get to finish his breakfast because he had to leave and go warn the Sons of Liberty that the British were going to dock their boats at the port. He was the only to communicate this alert. In another part of the story, he had to leave his clam chowder half eaten and leave to go to Griffin's Wharf. So, he was an essential person to his people, a very important person, and busy at any time of the day.

Are propaganda essays written in first-person or third-person

Answers

It does not really matter which form you write in.  However, writing in the third person omniscient is generally more effective for essays.  If you were writing, say, a blog, you would use the first person, but in this case, I think you want to use the third person.

How does Kennedy’s word choice affect the tone and meaning of this game excerpt from the passage. While the wall is the most obvious and vivid demonstration ofthe failures of the Communist system, for all the world to see,
we take no satisfaction in it, for it is, as your Mayor has said,
an offense not only against history but an offense against
humanity, separating families, dividing husbands and wives
and brothers and sisters, and dividing a people who wish to
be joined together.
The phrase "obvious and vivid" sets an
aggravated tone and suggests Kennedy is weary
of standing up to communism
Repetition of the word "offense" develops an
angry tone and emphasizes the destructiveness
of communism
Repetition of the word "dividing" creates a
frustrated tone and suggests Kennedy is prepared
to take action against communists
The phrases "brothers and sisters and joined
together" suggest a peaceful tone and highlight
the need for cooperation with communists
