There are two ways to transfer energy, by particle transfer and by wave. Give an example of each.
Answers
Particle transfer . . . . . shoot a bullet at a pendulum to make it swing
Wave . . . . . heat meatloaf in a microwave oven when it's done, put it under an infrared lamp to keep it hot
By particle: heat conduct into materials By wave: Sun heat that is transmitted by irradiation
How did the scientists discover the common structure of cells

i did some research and i found that: through use of a microscope. The first scientists to look at human tissues through a microscope were surprised to see that all human tissues are made up of little compartments. They called these 'cells' after the bedrooms of monks in monasteries
A light bulb converts electrical energy into light energy and also some thermal energy. The amount of electrical energy is 50 Joules before the conversions.
Answers
If the amount of electrical energy is 50 Joules before the conversions, then it would be 50 Joules after the conversion.
According to law of conservation of energy, we cannot create or destroy energy so it remains constant
Hope this helps!

sla’s change in velocity is 30 m/s, and Hazel has the same change in velocity. Which best explains why they would have different accelerations?
Answers
Because acceleration depends not only on the change in velocity. It also depends on the time during which the change occurs. The formula is
Acceleration = (change in velocity) divided by (time for the change) .
Maybe Sla changed his velocity in 3 seconds, but Hazel took all morning to change hers. In that case, even though the amounts of change were equal, the times were different, so the quotients of (change/time) were different.
