For Christians, should the motivation of taking care of the Earth be different than non-Christians? Sorry that it's a little religious, it's for a project due to tomorrow

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: To me, because I'm a Christian we can all take care of the Earth no matter what religion. Christians might not necessarily take care of the Earth more than let's say Jewish people.
Answer 2
Answer: yes christians are more motivated because we believe that God created this earth and he gave humans the responsibility/dominion over all the earth and so we take care of it because of that......non christians would be less motivated because they don't believe in a creator, so i guess they wouldn't care about it ( im not saying all don't care, some do ) but for me and my other fellow christians we feel we have to and we want to, and also we the bible says whoever knows wat is right and doesn't do it it is sin, and since we know it is right to take care of the earth, we do it, is not it would be sinning, so yeah hope i helped! :D

How do geographers use the elements of geography to study the earth ?

Answers

Geography is the study of mans relationship to the earth.... look at elements that make up society and the physical Earth...once you identify the elements then you can discover ways to study them...society is made up of people, their culture, their ways of life, the earth is made up of its physical features that we see and interact with while living in our society...its air we breath, the waters we drink, the land we irrigate, etc...study these parts and you will be using elements of geography that help understand our relationship to earth.....geography is a sum of many aspects of man interacting with the Earth, we can study one small part like a river and its use to man, or a larger part like economics and its impact on jobs and the economy in a particular area.....find a particular part of mans relationship to the Earth and study it more fully, then you will discover different ways to explore that relationship........

How did geography affect where people settled in the Southern Colonies

Answers

They settled southern colonies over northern colonies because the southern colonies were the only ones with enough fertile soil to develop a successful agricultural economy, centered on cotton, tobacco, and indigo. They settled all across the area, with port cities and trade depots (such as Savannah and Atlanta, respectively) becoming population centers for traders and entrepreneurs. The major cities often were found on rivers, which were the great highways of the times.
