B. 2/3

C. 36/52

D. 16/20

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: 9/13 is not a fraction that can be simplified: the two numbers don't have a divisor in common.

Let's bring all the other fractions into their simplest form too:

A.6/10=3/5
B. 2/3 This is the simplest form already
C.36/52 =18/26=9/13 ( I divided both numbers by 2 each time)

.... and we don't have to look further, we have already found the right answer: 9/13 is equivalent to 36/52.

The quotient of the given division is 160.

The given numbers are 64 and 0.4.

What is the division?

The division is one of the basic arithmetic operations in math in which a larger number is broken down into smaller groups having the same number of items.

Here, 64 divided by 0.4

= 64/0.4

Multiply 10 to both the numerator and denominator, we get

640/4

=160

Therefore, the quotient of the given division is 160.

okay so 0.4 is equal to 4/10 (hopefully you know that!) & anything over 1 is itself so i would but 64 over 1.

so now you hace 2 fractions & when dicing fractions you alwas flip the second fraction upside down & then just multiply across.

so if you have
64 4
---- / ----
1 10

you would switch the 2nd one so the 10 would be on top.

so that would give you 64*10 over 1*4

which equals 640/4

& when you simplify that you get 160

so that's your answer(:

33.52 is what percent of 8

Answers

The Solution for 33.52 is 419% of 8.

Since we know that percent shows per 100 (since cent means 100), thus we will first divide the whole part into 100 parts and then multiply it with b so that we collect b items per 100 items(that is exactly what b percent means).

100% / x% = 8 /33.52

(100/x)*x =(8/33.52)*x

Here we multiply both sides of the equation by x

100=0.238663484487x

Now we divide both sides of the equation by (0.238663484487) to get x

100/0.238663484487=x

419=x

x=419

now we have, 33.52 is 419% of 8

1. We assume, that the number 8 is 100% - because it's the output value of the task.
2. We assume, that x is the value we are looking for.
3. If 100% equals 8, so we can write it down as 100%=8.
4. We know, that x% equals 33.52 of the output value, so we can write it down as x%=33.52.
5. Now we have two simple equations:
1) 100%=8
2) x%=33.52
where left sides of both of them have the same units, and both right sides have the same units, so we can do something like that:
100%/x%=8/33.52
6. Now we just have to solve the simple equation, and we will get the solution we are looking for.

7. Solution for 33.52 is what percent of 8

100%/x%=8/33.52
(100/x)*x=(8/33.52)*x       - we multiply both sides of the equation by x
100=0.238663484487*x       - we divide both sides of the equation by (0.238663484487) to get x
100/0.238663484487=x
419=x
x=419

now we have:
33.52 is 419% of 8
