The people of ancient Egypt and Nubia were completely isolated from others because of the surrounding desert. is it true or false

Answers

That statement is true
A lot of countries prefer not to invaded ancient Egypt and Nubia because of their harsh Topography. They did not want to lose so much resources to invade those countries and obtaining so little in return ( you cannot grow your crops and wheat in the desert)
Indeed it is true - if you look at any map, you will see that Egypt had a natural wall in the form of the desert through which no army wanted to pass due to the sheer issues of logistics it would take if one would decide to go through. Such a journey would massively undermine their desire to take Egypt.

Why did farmers in the huang valley incorporate terrace farming

Answers

The farmers incorporated terrace farming because of the slopy topography in Huang He Valley. The Huang He River contributes to the fertility of the soil. People sculpted the mountainous area into step-like landscapes that eventually form the terraces over the past 2.5 million years.

Which BEST describes the result of the Mongol invasions of Korea between 1231-1273?

Korea was able to fend off the multiple invasions but at an extreme toll to infrastructure and civilian life. Eventually they became a vassal state of the Mongol Yuan dynasty.

Explanation:

This seems to be a question that should have multiple choice answers posted but I will do my best to answer it regardless. Korea was successfully able to repel the different Mongol invasions that they experienced between 1231-1273 although ultimately what is today Korea (then called the Kingdom of Goryeo) was overcome and became a vassal state of the Mongol Yuan dynasty. This condition lasted for about 80 years with intermarriage between the Khan family and the Goryeo dynasty and this way the Goryeo dynasty survived. Beginning in the 1350s, the Goryeo were able to push the Mongolian garrisons back, but the Yuan Dynasty was facing large rebellions in China.
