- Trust in law is an essential condition of freedom. Distrust skews behavior towards failure. People must believe that their laws can be trusted, if not, they can't be completely free.

I truly agree with Mr.Howard, because there are many things that are just absolutely ridiculous, like how laws are broader society, and not individual disputes, as they should be.
