Divide 7/15 by 3/5

A. 7/9
B. 75/21
C. 21/75
D. 7/25

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: 7/15 ÷ 3/5 =
= 7/15 * 5/3 =
= 7/3 * 1/3 =            (after simplifying)
= 7/9

Correct answer: A

Just keep in mind that dividing one fraction by another fraction is as much as multiplying the same fraction by an inverse of the second one.
Answer 2
Answer: (7)/(15) / (3)/(5)=(7)/(15) * (5)/(3)=(7)/(3 * \not5) * (\not 5)/(3)=(7)/(3 * 3)=(7)/(9) \Rightarrow \hbox{the answer is A}

A short stop makes an error by dropping the ball. As the ball drops, its height (h) in feet, as a function of time (t) is modeled by h(t) = -16t2 + 3. A slow motion replay of the error shows the play at half speed. What function describes the height of the ball in the replay? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!Hugo is writing a coordinate proof to show that the midpoints of a quadrilateral are the vertices of a parallelogram. He starts by assigning coordinates to the vertices of quadrilateral RSTV and labeling the midpoints of the sides of the quadrilateral as A, B, C, and D. Quadrilateral R S T V in a coordinate plane with vertex R at 0 comma 0, vertex S in the first quadrant at 2 a comma 2b, vertex T also in the first quadrant at 2 c comma 2 d, and vertex V on the positive side of the x-axis at 2 c comma 0. Point A is between points R and S, point B is between points S and T, point C is between points T and V, and point D is between points R and V. Enter the answers, in simplified form, in the boxes to complete the proof. The coordinates of point A are ( , ). The coordinates of point B are ( , ). The coordinates of point C are (2c, d) . The coordinates of point D are (c, 0) . The slope of both AB¯¯¯¯¯ and DC¯¯¯¯¯ is . The slope of both AD¯¯¯¯¯ and BC¯¯¯¯¯ is −bc−a . Because both pairs of opposite sides are parallel, quadrilateral ABCD is a parallelogram.

. If B is a complement of A, and C is a supplement of B, find these measures. A
equals 40

Answers

complementary angles add up to 90
so if A and B are complementary....and A = 40, then B = 90 - 40 = 50.

supplementary angles add up to 180
so if B and C are supplementary, and B = 50, then C = 180 - 50 = 130

If you take out an online payday loan for $1000, and the annual percentage rate is 300%, how much would you owe in one year? How much would you owe in just pay period (two weeks)? Some please help me with this Answer..

Answers

oooh! I love this kind of math, so easy to do!

Like I say ALL the time, if you know how to solve percentages you know how to solve anything that deals with percentages. If you don't izz all gucci! :D

To solve a percentage make it a decimal & multiply. :) (SIMPLE)
- .300 % multiplied by 1000 = 300 :D you would pay 300$ a year obviously!

I'm not that great at percentage math, although it is fairly easy. I hope you can use this information too push you closer too the answer! Good Luck! <3

If x = 9 and y = 4, work out the value of xy/ 2

Answers

answer: 3/1

Step-by-step explanation:

This is like a puzzle, and each part tells you something. The first statement tells us that x is a negative number and y is a positive number. The next statement, x + y , is what we need to know. The first absolute value gives us x. Solve for the absolute value, that is, what is inside can be either negative or positive so either x-9 = 12 or x - 9 = -12. Solve those for x = 21 or x = -3. We know that x is negative from that first statement, , so x is -3. Do the same with the other absolute value to solve for y, then add the two together to get your final answer. hope this helps a bit!
