What is Carbohydrates?

Carbohydrates has been defied as the biomolecule that has been contains carbon, and hydrogen and oxygen in the ratio of 2:1. Carbohydrates has been known as the main source of the energy of the body they has been work as the fuel for the brain, kidneys central nervous system and heart muscle.

Cn(H2O)n has been the basic formula for all the carbohydrates . But this formula have limitation i.e it has been applied where the same amount of carbon and water are use.
