4 If they were able to have a small group of the more popular children in the school and ACTUALLY make them understand the situation, then let them out they would naturally  want to tell their friend the same thing and to be carful.

I think my school should bring in other people their age to talk about it. If they brought someone their age in who can relate, they would subconsciously pay attention even if they look bored or unfocused.

The skeletal muscles are the muscles which keep the various bones in our skeleton together allowing us to stand, sit down, lie down and move. People do weight training to strengthen these muscles allowing them to be more active and pick up heavier items etc. If we don't strengthen out skeletal muscles we will battle to keep ourselves upright. We don't have to weight train but we do have to exercise and work at strengthening our skeletal muscles
