Every state has at least one member of the House of Representatives.The house members each get two year terms. The requirements for eligibility are at least 25 years, and one must have a citizenship for at least seven years.

The Judicial branch of the government is the system of federal courts and judges that interprets laws made by the legislative branch, and is enforced by the executive branch. At the top of the judicial branch are nine justices of the Supreme Court, the highest court in the United States. The federal court is just below the supreme court, this court decides if cases should go to the supreme court.
