Which best describes an antagonist? the main character, often a hero a well-developed character who is important to the story the character who is in conflict with the protagonist, a “bad guy” a poorly developed character
Answers
Answer 1
Answer:
You got protagonist and antagonist mixed up. The antagonist is a person, group of people, or a force that opposes or dislikes the main character. The protagonist is the leading character in the story and is usually good. So the antagonist would be the bad guy and the protagonist would be the hero of a story.
Because he doesn't fit - he belongs in a group called Greasers who are from broken homes, poor economic situation and little education. But he is also outsider within that group - he is younger than most of the boys, he is still in school and pretty bright.
He feels like he doesn't belong. He likes poetry, and books and does things differently than the other greasers. He is way less rowdy than any of the over boys and he is always thinking and dreaming. Also, he is the youngest so he can't relate to everything the older boys do or experience. (like things involving relationships) hope this helps.
