The correct answer is that during the Freedom Summer Campaign some workers were arrested or killed.

The Freedom Summer Campaign, or the Mississippi Summer Project, was a volunteer campaign in the United States that was launched in June 1964 to register African-American citizens of the Mississippi state into electoral lists.

On June 21, 1964, three activists were kidnapped and murdered. The regional police sheriff, members of the municipal police, and Ku Klux Klan were involved in the murder. The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). However, even after finding the bodies and indicating the FBI suspects, the Mississippi refused to sue the allegations of murder. The perpetrators were therefore tried under federal law for violating civil rights. Nine perpetrators were sentenced to 3 to 10 years in prison. However, they were the most likely to sit for 6.5 years.

During the FBI investigation, two other bodies were found. Those belonged to African-American students, Charles Eddie Moore and Henry Hezekiah Dee. The state of Mississippi has already punished the African-Americans involved in the campaign in May. In 1964, a total of 600 students from the local Alcorn State University were excluded. Another 5 people remained missing after the summer of 1964, but local police refused to announce a search.

At the Wannsee Conference in 1942, the Nazis made plans for the final solution

Explanation;

-On January 20, 1942, fifteen high-ranking Nazi Party and German government leaders gathered for an important meeting. They met in a wealthy section of Berlin at a villa by a lake known as Wannsee.

-The meeting was held for the purpose of discussing the "final solution to the Jewish question in Europe" with key non-SS government leaders, including the secretaries of the Foreign Ministry and Justice, whose cooperation was needed.

-The "final solution" was the Nazis' code name for the deliberate, carefully planned destruction, or genocide, of all European Jews. The Nazis used the vague term "final solution" to hide their policy of mass murder from the rest of the world. In fact, the men at Wannsee talked about methods of killing, about liquidation, about extermination.

At the Wannsee Conference in 1942, the Nazis made plans for the Final Solution, or to exterminate the Jews in WWII.

To create a subdued mood within the poem. Although the poem talks about life and death, about the passing of people and life continuing without them, it doesn't make so in a somber or depressing light. Describing the sea-sands as damp and brown creates a reflective or even contemplating scenery, where the death of a traveler and the continuity of life despite his absence can be viewed in a calm and positive way.

The poet, Henry Wadsworth, most likely uses the words "damp and brown" to describe the sands in "The Tide Rises, The Tide Falls" because he wants B. to make the poem more haunting or unsettling.

Reaganomics was the name for Ronald Reagan's economic system used during his presidency, Trickle down economics is a capitalistic term used to describe the flow of income going down from workers at the top of a corporation streaming down to the bottom, and the Strategic Initiative is a broad term intended to achieve a goal either with an idea or a person in a certain position of power. The answer is Stagflation.

Based on the fact that both unemployment and inflation were high when Reagan became president, this is a situation known as Stagflation.

What happens in Stagflation?

When an economy is experiencing stagflation, it means that the economy is not healthy and yet inflation is rampant. Unemployment will therefore be on the rise.
