From your own experience or real-world examples, explain and give an example of how a habit can be the “greatest helper” and also the “heaviest burden”?

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: Habits can be amazing in some situations and horrible in others.I believe that if someone gets a habit of doing something for their wellbeing or the wellbeing of others, that’s a good habit. Some of my good habits are brushing my teeth in the morning or doing my homework after i come home from school.Habits can be a burden aswell. If a habit caused me stress I count it as bad.My worst habit is procrastination.Everyone has good and bad habits, whats important is to balance them out.
Answer 2
Answer: It can teach you more about yourself and how you want yourself to be but it also can be that you are running down a bad path
