Which statement best describes the status of Egyptian women

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: Judging from the status of queens such as Cleopatra and Nefertiti, woman enjoyed higher status in Egypt than in other ancient culture. Women of their status could be viewed as gods as were their male dynastic relatives. Women of common status were more ambiguous as their roles were left to more traditional tasks of home making a child bearing. Ancient Egyptians, of course, were slave holders as were most ancient cultures and treated enslaved women with the same contempt reserved for all slaves.
Answer 2
Answer:

Women were more independant in Egypt. Hope this helps!

Answer:

A.W. Phillips found (D) negative relation between unemployment and inflation in the United Kingdom.

Explanation:

“A.W.Phillips” gave the idea of correlation between unemployment and inflation in 1958. He researched on the data which showed relation between unemployment and minimal wage growth.

He also found ‘’PhillipsCurve’’ which represents relation between inflation and unemployment rate. According to this curve, when unemployment is high, wages increases slowly and unemployment is low, wages increase at a faster rate. This means that when unemployment is low, firms raise wages/salaries to attract whatever scarce labour in available in the market.

Why were the 1920's considered the best and worst of times?

Answers

It was a time of mass production but due to a mentality of high production and low wages consumerism couldn't keep up. America was overproducing and with companies losing money people started to get laid off. Further spurring the Great Depression was the Stock Market Crash, with people buying stock on credit and people eventually discarding their stock in a mad dash it crashed. Despite the fact that the crash only affected a small percentage of the population it trickled down due to the fact that these were business owners. Unemployment rates skyrocketed.

On the bright side...the beginning of the 1920s was the end of a war and a huge economic boom. (Stock Market Crash didn't happen until 1929) Prohibition led to an era of rebellious teens, women drank and smoked, dressed "scandalously", and overall gained more freedom
