What would you do if your best friends daughter.cindy comes into the office where you work seeking birth control pills and advice you know that her mother does not know that she is sexually active and is catholic cindy is also 4week pregnant and seeking advice about an abortion she is 17years old What role does roe v.wade play in your assessment of the legal and ethical factor of this situation

Answers

tell her that she should not get an abortion and she should always be open with her mother
She is under 18, so legally i believe her parent or guardian would need to be told, taking out her religion, because that has nothing to do with anything legally. I dont know if she can get an abortion, but i think it has to be parental consent because she is a minor.

A doctor determines that a fetus is in a head down position and that the lungs are fully developed. when might this happen?A. second trimester
B. throughout pregnancy
C. third trimester
D. first trimester

Answers

I'm going to say third trimester for the reason that when most baby's are born their heads come out first in most cases. For the most part, they travel down the birth canal head first. If that doesn't happy the doctor tries to position the baby so that it won't be a breached birth meaning the legs come out first. By the head coming out first the baby is able to have an air supply where as with a breached birth that doesn't happen.

C. Evaluate and adjust her choice of activities, frequency, duration, and intensity
D. Significantly increase the intensity of her workouts to work her body much harder

Answers

The correct answer is C. If Laura has already created a specialised exercise programme, it is not worth giving up completely because she has not seen any progress after three months. The best course of action would indeed be to evaluate and adjust her choice of activities, frequency, duration, and intensity.
