The correct answer is option B. "Pasquale, Pedro. "The Conquistadores' Role in Settling South America," Latino Monthly Digest. June 2012. 45. Print."
Explanation:
The Modern Language Association (MLA) developed the MLA format, one of the most used formats to cite the source of information in a reference. The structure that a reference from a magazine article should follow according to the MLA format is the following: Author's Last name, First name and Middle's name initial. “Article Title.” Magazine Title Date Month Year Published: Page(s). Print. The reference "Pasquale, Pedro. "The Conquistadores' Role in Settling South America," Latino Monthly Digest. June 2012. 45. I like to think (and
the sooner the better!)
of a cybernetic meadow
where mammals and computers
live together in mutually
programming harmony
like pure water
touching clear sky.
I like to think
(right now, please!)
of a cybernetic forest
filled with pines and electronics
where deer stroll peacefully
past computers
as if they were flowers
with spinning blossoms.
I like to think
(it has to be!)
of a cybernetic ecology
where we are free of our labors
and joined back to nature,
returned to our mammal
brothers and sisters,
and all watched over
by machines of loving grace.
The statements, "and the sooner the better!" and "it has to be!" from "All Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace" develop the speaker as
a. conversational
b. indirect
c. urgent
d. vague
The statements, "and the sooner the better!" and "it has to be!" connote a sense of urgency, as if the author wants the actions depicted to occur now and not later, this is further conveyed by the use of exclamation marks in both phrases. So the correct answer would be option C: "urgent". Options A, C and D are incorrect because those statements don't convey a conversational tone, and they are not vague or indirect, quite the contrary.

Answer:
Johnny loves his parents and tries to do everything he can to get their approval. No one matters as much to him as his parents do and no one can take their place. No matter how abusive his parents are he still tries to make them proud and happy. The violence in his home makes him very shy and kind. It also causes him to be a people pleaser; he tries to please others no matter how it effects his happiness. Towards the end of the book he stops caring about how his parents feel and he hates them. He hates them for hurting him even when he did nothing wrong and only tried to make them happy. He hates them for not loving him and for not noticing the things he does to make them happy, and not being proud of him and thankful for him.
