If I would to make a restaurant's menu, and have to add a delicious healthy main course, I would definitely go for the healthiest choice with the prime balance of fats, carbs and proteins.

So I would be adding Grilled Chicken Fillets, filled with cheese, served with brown garlic rice or mashed potatoes with a pretty good amount of saute vegetables, cooked in pure butter.

This main course will contain Chicken, Cheese, Rice or Potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, spinach etc.

All of the above ingredients will give a balance of Proteins, Carbs and good fats. This would be the most healthiest option to be placed in the main course of a restaurant.
