The other body systems that play a direct role in removing waste products from the body are the digestive and respiratory systems.
Body systems may be defined as the collection of numerous numbers and kinds of organs that are arranged together in order to perform complex functions for the body which facilitates the rate of survival of organisms.
Some examples of body systems are the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems.
The excretory system is known as the fundamental system in order to eliminate toxic waste materials from the body. But along with it, the respiratory system involves the exchange of gases through which carbon dioxide is eliminated from the body.
Apart from this, the digestive system facilitates the removal of solid wastes in the form of feces.
Therefore, the other body systems that play a direct role in removing waste products from the body are the digestive and respiratory systems.
