Answer:
Federal Court System and the State Court System
Explanation:
The difference between these two court system lies within their jurisdiction.
The State Court System handled the cases that affected people Locally. It does not has the power to intervene with cases that occured outside of their state border.
Example: Dispute between 2 local citizens about land ownership.
The Federal Court system handled cases that affected people on national level and even on international level to a certain extend. The Federal court action is considered to be 'superior' to the state court system and held in higher regard. (The federal court could overrule the state's ruling while the state can't do otherwise)

C)choose the candidates in each party receiving more than 50 percent of the vote to face off in the general election.
D)choose the candidate with the most votes over 50 percent who wins the election and there is no general election.
Answer:
C)choose the candidates in each party receiving more than 50 percent of the vote to face off in the general election.
Explanation:
A primary election (primary of nomination), or simply primary, is a choice in which the voters under a jurisdiction select the candidate that a party will present to a later public election. In other words, it is a democratic way of pre-selecting the candidate that a party will present to a certain electoral process. The "Primaries" are more common in the United States, not only for the presidential elections but also to choose the candidates for representatives, senators, mayors and governors, among others, and their origins go back to the progressive movement. The first party to carry them out was Theodore Roosevelt's Progressive Party, followed by the Democratic and Republican parties. Even the minority Communist Party of EE. UU accepted the regime of the primaries, obtaining a positive vote of six electors the year 1948 in Massachusetts. There, primary elections are held by the government on behalf of the parties. In the rest of the world, the nomination of presidential candidates is usually the responsibility of political parties and organizations and does not include the general public.

Answer:
The social change that is affecting me at the moment is social distancing.I know were supposed to so we can stay safe, but i just miss my friends, and my computer doesn't always work so i cant face time them.I want to see more people wearing masks and gloves when they go out to get supplies,it would slow down the rate of the corona virus so we could see our friends sooner. If we dont listen to the social distancing rule and just go and see our friends, the virus will do nothing but get worse.i wont really affect it,but i will stay inside so my family not only get the virus, but stay safe too.
