• Uncontrollable risk factors

Uncontrollable risk factors usually come from genetics, such as hereditary. When it comes to genetics, we cannot do something to change is because it is given naturally as we birth. Other examples of uncontrollable risk factors besides hereditary are age, gender, race.  

African Americans tend to have high blood pressure than other races. Men tend to more develop heart disease than women. While the elderly is more likely developing heart disease than the young generation.
