Why did the southern states being passed jim crow laws when reconstruction ended

Answers

Answer 1
Answer: They wanted to create laws that didn't directly interfere with the laws that had been put forth by the government. Therefore they created laws that required 'humanly' things of people that the blacks wouldn't have had the chance to do. As an example, if you were to apply for a job your grandfather had to have also been employed. For more whites, this wasn't an issue. But for blacks, their grandparents may not have been in America, and if they were, they were most likely slaves.

B would be the most appropriate answer. For Europeans, it was a new world, even though people already lived there.
PS. Did you know that the Vikings had already come to North America hundreds of years before, but they were short-lived colonies and nobody else knew about them?

Is a philosophy, not a religion

Answers

philosophy is the study of general and fundamental problems concerning matters such as existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language.
Religion is a cultural system of behaviors and practices, world views, sacred texts, holy places, ethics, and societal organisation that relate humanity to what an anthropologist has called "an order of existence.
so the answer is no: philosophy is not a religion.
Philisophy and religion both involve a set of beliefs revolving around the universe. Both usually apply some form of a moral code about human behaviors. FYI: Christianity is not a religion; it is a personal relationship with God.
